Dustin "Dusty" Shaw, 32, of Orangefield, passed away Tuesday, March 18, in Houston. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 22, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City. Officiating will be Chaplain Kevin Trinkle of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Garden in Orange.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday March 21, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Born in Orange, on Aug. 16, 1981, Dustin was the son of Robert Dean Shaw and Paula Darlene LaFleur. Dustin was a 1999 graduate of Orangefield High School, and in 2009 he proclaimed his profession of faith through Baptism at the First Baptist Church of Orangefield. He enjoyed cars and had a strong passion for reading his bible. He deeply loved his Maw-Maw Darlene. He loved all of his family and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Sidney LaFleur, Jr. of Orangefield, and his grandmother Margie Shaw of Bridge City.

Dustin is survived by his father, Robert Shaw, of Bridge City; mother, Paula LaFleur of Orangefield; grandmother, Darlene LaFleur of Orangefield; son, Caden Shaw of Bridge City, and Emmaneul “Manny” Shaw of Orange; sisters Tristin Gaudet and husband Clayton of Vinton; sister, Ashley Edgerly of Bridge City; sister, Paulena Dickerson of Orangefield, and grandfather, Edward Shaw of Bridge City.

Serving as pallbearers will be Clayton Gaudet, Casey Burleigh, Chad Granger, Michael LaFleur, Chaz York, Scott Burleigh, and Cameron LaFleur.
