Joyce Simon of Buna and Joyce's Jellies and More had the veggie concession at the Mauriceville Crawfish Bash Saturday. Joyce said she'll be selling her homemade yummies from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday's in front of Big Lots in Orange.
