Photos from: Commissioners miss quorum on Tuesday, will meet Wednesday




Precinct 1 Commissioner Johnny Trahan and Precinct 4 Commissioner Robert Viator were the only two of five members of the court for Tuesday's meeting, which had to be canceled. A quorum is expected for Wednesday.
