Representatives of the new Chevron Phillips Golden Triangle Polymers chemical plant presented Orange County Commissioners Court with $200,000 to help the county's economic development corporation support local businesses and contractors. Golden Triangle Polymers is a new, $8.5 billion plant being built along Highway 87 South. The donation will help local businesses get work with the new plant.
