Billy Ralph LeBlanc, 55, of Orange, died Thursday, April 15, 2010, in Silsbee.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 19, in Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be the Rev. Joseph P. Daleo of St. Mary Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Dorman Cemetery in Orange.

Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m., Sunday with a rosary recited at 6 p.m. in the funeral home.

Born in Orange July 7, 1954, Billy was the son of Ralph and Effie (Wilkerson) LeBlanc. Billy worked for the Orange Fire Department for 26 years and volunteered for the Little Cypress Fire Department. He worked for the Orange County Ambulance for 25 years and was a Reserve Deputy for the Orange County Sheriff Department for six years. Billy’s life was dedicated helping others and putting their needs first. Billy enjoyed coaching little league baseball, adored kids and was a great father, friend and was loved by all.


Preceded in death by his parents, Billy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kathleen (Kathy) LeBlanc; six children, Brian Thomas LeBlanc of Ohio, Victoria Lynn LeBlanc of West Orange, Stephen Christopher LeBlanc and his wife, Mariah of Orange, John (Jacob) LeBlanc, Zoey Nicole LeBlanc and Zackary Taylor LeBlanc all of West Orange; granddaughter, Alexis Lynn LeBlanc; and mother-in-law, Frances Herrin.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. James B. Jones, the Odyssey Hospice and Kevin and Maranda Hoke.
