Laura L. Jacks, 55, of Vidor died Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 1 at Clark Cemetery in Starks, La. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., Thursday, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.

A native of Beaumont, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Laura was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Vidor.

Laura is survived by her sons, James Vincent of Vidor, Bryan Duggan of Kirbyville; daughter, Lyzz Stanton of Vidor; brothers, Harvey Stewart of Houston and Dale Stewart of Lumberton; sister, Belinda; and eight grandchildren.
