Gladys Bishop Ousley, 93, of Orange died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010 at The Meadows in Orange. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 13 at First Baptist Church of Orangefield, under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Forest Wood and the Rev. Tommy Miles. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens near Bridge City. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Thursday at the church.

Born in Orange on Aug. 6, 1917, Gladys was the daughter of Maud (Hogg) and William Henry Bishop.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Earnest Ousley; and daughter, Linda McGuire.

Gladys is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Kibodeaux of Orangefield; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Paula Ousley of Orangefield; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Tim Ousley, Steven Ousley, Brian Ousley, Justin Riley, Jared Hutchison, Casey Miles, Mason Ousley, Steven Ousley II.
