The Orange Police Department received a call at 10:27 a.m. on Thursday regarding a bank robbery at the Capital One Bank on 16th Street in Orange. The suspect is being described as a tall, thin white male in his late 20s to early 30s with a thin mustache and goatee.

According the Capt. Cliff Hargrave with the OPD, the suspect entered the bank with a money bag under his arm and waited his turn in line. When his turn came, he handed the teller a note. There was no visible weapon at the time of the robbery.

When the suspect left, he took the note back from the teller and left on foot with an undetermined about of cash. It is believed he got into a white, four door pick-up in an adjacent parking lot.

OPD has sent out pictures to other local law enforcement from the Capital One Bank security cameras in hopes that someone will recognize the suspect. OPD is asking the public with any information to please call 883-1026.
