Season tickets and gift certificates for the upcoming 2012-2013 season of the Lamarissimo! concert series are on sale in Lamar University’s Mary Morgan Moore Department of Music. Now in its 23rd season, Lamarissimo! showcases the talents of outstanding student artists in ensemble and solo performances.

The Lamarissimo! season opens Thursday, Nov. 8, with the Jazz Bands concert and continues with the A Cappella Choir holiday concert, Sunday, Dec. 2; Wind Ensemble and Concert Band, Thursday, March 7; and Cardinal Singers and Cardinal Dancers, Thursday, April 25. The holiday concert will begin at 3:00 p.m., and others will start at 7:30 p.m. All concerts will be in the Julie Rogers Theatre, 765 Pearl St.

Season tickets, priced at $45 for adults and $20 for students, include admission to all four concerts. Lamarissimo! gift certificates may be used for purchase of adult season tickets.
