St. Mary School parades for All Saints Day

In recognition of All Saints Day, which is Nov. 1, students at St. Mary Catholic School, who have been studying saints in religion class, honored saints with a Saints parade. In the Catholic religion, saints are followers of Jesus who are known for their virtuous works and dedicating their lives to Jesus.
The students researched information about saints so they could depict them during the parade.
First and second graders made posters, while the older students dressed the part of their saint. Students them paraded around the gym, then gave a brief description of their saint.
