Larry Shane McCarver, 60, of Orange, passed away on July 28, at Rayburn Healthcare in Jasper.

A Graveside service will be at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 30, at Jett Cemetery in Orange. Officiating will be Brother Danny Benson.

Born in Orange, on July 13, 1954, he was the son of Tommie McCarver and Hazel Eugene (McFarland) McCarver. Larry worked at the paper mill, and later as a pipefitter, he also served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed saltwater fishing and woodworking.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents Tommie and Hazel McCarver; brothers, Leonard Frizzel and Jackie McCarver.

He is survived by his children, Michael McCarver, Gretta McCarver, and Josh McCarver; and his twin-brother, Tommie McCarver and wife, Lynn.
