The Bridge City Knights of Columbus — Sacred Heart Council #3406 — will be smoking St. Louis Style Spare Ribs with Cherry Wood for Labor day.

If you haven’t reserved your order yet, you can do so via email at [email protected]. Advance orders must be placed with a KC Member or emailed on or before Sunday, Aug. 24. Please provide the following information in your email message: name, phone number, and how many racks of ribs.

Orders can be picked up at the Bridge City KC Hall from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Thursday, August 28, or 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM Friday, August 29. Checks should be made payable to KC #3406 and mailed to: Bridge City Knights of Columbus • P.O. Box 894 • Bridge City, TX 77611.
