The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2775 will host a program in recognition of Operation Iraqi Freedom at 6:30 pm, Aug. 27, at the VFW Hall, located at 5303 Highway 87 N.

The VFW hosts 21 'recognition' programs each year. John Clark produces new videos for most of the programs depicting events of that commemorative date, followed by a discussion period.

The program is open to the public.
