An Orange man's truck was stolen Monday morning when he stopped at Crawdad's in the 4000 block of IH-10.

Richard Sterling told police that he parked his vehicle on the west side of the building and went inside the store. Sterling said that he left the keys in the ignition while he was in the store, but the vehicle was not running at the time. Sterling said that when he walked back outside, he noticed his vehicle missing.

The vehicle is a 2014 silver Dodge Ram 3500 dually. There was also a Taurus 9mm pistol in the truck.

Officers have reviewed the surveillance video from Crawdad's and are working on identifying the suspect.
