Joshua McDonald, the former youth minister of Common Ground Community Church, and First Baptist Church, both in Bridge City, has received a 15 year sentence for each of six counts of sexual assault of a child.

McDonald was arrested earlier in the year after being accused of having sexual relations with two victims under the age of 17, over a two year period.
