St. Mary teacher indicted on sexual assault charges

The Orange County Grand Jury has indicted John Phillip Fuller, Jr., 28, on one count of improper relationship between educator and student and two counts of sexual assault. Fuller was a teacher/coach at St. Mary Catholic School in Orange.
He is charged with having an on-going sexual relationship with a student who was enrolled at the school.
Fuller faces up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine on each charge. Bond has been set at $25,000 on the improper relationship case and $50,000 on each of the sexual assault cases.
The case has been assigned to the 260th District court.
