Officers from the Pinehurst Police Department responded to the following calls between Dec. 1 and Dec. 23:

Dec. 1:

Gwendolyn Myran, 51 was arrested on an outstanding parole violation warrant

A report of leaving a child in a vehicle was received at a business in the 3700 block of W. Park. Geoffery Steward, 21, was arrested for unrelated traffic warrants.

Dec. 2:

Runaway child, 800 block 28th St.

Dec. 3:

Lisa Marie Stanley, 33, was arrested for outstanding traffic warrants following a traffic stop on IH-10.

Dec. 4:

Raymonr Smith, 49, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at a retail store in the 1500 block of Strickland Dr.

a juvenile was arrested for resisting arrest after officers responded to a disturbance at a foster home in the 800 block of 28th St.

Dec. 5:

A report of fraud was received at a credit union in the 1900 block of Strickland Dr.

Dec. 7:

Danny Michael Washington, 48, was arrested for failure to identify following a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Strickland Dr.

Dec. 11:

A report of theft was received at a pharmacy located in the 200 block of Strickland Dr. A female was identified and charged with Class C theft.

Dec. 13:

Domestic disturbance, 1500 block of N. 37th St.

Dec. 14:

Burglary of habitation reported at a trailer park in the 3600 block of W. Park.

Report of a suspicious person at a pharmacy in the 200 block of Strickland Dr. Jeremy Slaughter was arrested for an outstanding warrant for resisting arrest.

Dec. 15:

William Gallop, 36, was arrested for an outstanding parole violation warrant.

Dec. 16:

Officer Roff attempted to initiate a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Strickland Dr. The driver refused to pull over and a vehicle pursued. After pursuing the vehicle into a construction area in Louisiana, the pursuit was terminated due to dangerous traffic conditions.

Dec. 19:

Michael DeWayne Scott, 30, was arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant following a traffic stop in the 2500 MLK Jr. Dr.

Shawn Clayton Wright, 41 was arrested for public intoxication in the 1900 block of Strickland Dr.

Dec. 21:

Richard Howard Cales, 52, was arrested for an outstanding parole warrant violation in the 3600 block of Pheasant Dr.

Dec. 22:

Dexter DeWayne Diggles, 29, was arrested for an outstanding parole violation warrant.

Dec. 23:

Traffic accident reported in the 3800 block of Whippoorwill.

Credit card abuse, Pin Oak Dr.

Mandy Jean Melancon, 38, was arrested for an outstanding parole violations warrant.

Dec. 26:

Jesse Lane Ahsworth, 33, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana following a welfare check of an unresponsive person in the 200 block of Strickland Dr.

Dec. 30:

A theft was reported at a pharmacy in the 200 block of Strickland Dr.

Ricky Boutch, 53, was arrested for an outstanding parole violation warrant.

A man identified as Kenneth Earl Mayfield, 41, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
