The first Wednesday of each month is College Shirt Day at Orangefield High School. This day was started a couple years ago in order to bring about more conversation and awareness regarding college and career readiness.

Regardless of age, it's never to soon to start thinking about life after high school. All students, teachers, and staff, are encouraged to participate by wearing a college shirt that day. In addition, the other campuses in the district have started participating as well.
