The WOS High School held their Athletic Banquet on Tuesday, May 19. Those receiving awards are as follows:
Most Valuable Player
Baseball – Grant Anderson; Boys’ Tennis – Tyler Jenkins; Boys’ Basketball – Chase Rutledge; Girls’ Tennis – Deja Guidry and Ana Escobedo; Girls’ Basketball –Eriel Jorda;Cross Country Track – Psalms Carroll Salazar; Boys’ Golf – Chase Rutledge; Boys’ Track – David Bundage and Will Johnson; Powerlifting – Demaric Judge & Ja’Tayjah Vital; Girls’ Track – Aaliyah Teel ; Volleyball – Aaliyah Teel; Football – Deionte’ Thompson; Softball – Mar’Laysia Davis and Mustang Spirit Award – Scott McCarty.
Scholastic All-District Athletic Team: (Student must letter in a UIL sports activity at the varsity level and have an overall numeric average of at least 90 in all subjects taken).
