BCISD hires new coaches

On Tuesday July 7, The Bridge City ISD Board of Trustees voted to hire the following new head coaches: Skylar Rowley will coach girls soccer. Rowley who comes from Kirbyville will replace Cassie Bearden; Kayla Gallardo will make the move across town from Orangefield to replace Miste Henderson as softball coach and Larry Sterling comes to BC from Vidor to replace Tony Knight as boys basketball coach.

Richard Briggs, Athletic Director of BCHS said "We thank Coach Knight, Coach Henderson, and Coach Bearden for their dedication and efforts to our student-athletes and community and we welcome Coach Rowley, Coach Gallardo, and Coach Sterling to BCISD."
