St. Mary Catholic School students, staff and parents gather at the pole to celebrate "See You at the Pole."

St. Mary Catholic School takes pride in the ability to pray all through the day while they are at school. The student council sponsors “See You At The Pole” every year. This year the student council included the entire school for the experience to share prayers for all students everywhere.

“See You at the Pole” is a global day of student prayer which began in 1990 with just 10 students praying at their school. Over 20 years later, millions pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September.

“See You at the Pole” is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. “See You at the Pole” is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.
