Crime Stoppers to Present Larry Beaulieu Scholarship Award

The Orange County Sheriff's Office is proud to announce their affiliation with Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas. They will celebrate this expansion on Wednesday, April 20, at 4:00 p.m. in the Orange County Commissioners’ Courtroom, 123 S. 6th St., Orange. The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome Crime Stoppers to the Chamber.

Crime Stoppers will also be presenting the Larry Beaulieu Scholarship award to this year’s recipient, Dylan Mooney, son of Darrin, a Sergeant with the Support Division. The scholarship was created to support the education and development of sons and daughters of area law enforcement officers and to honor the visionary leadership of the agency's founding chairman, Mr. Larry Beaulieu.
