Willie "Dub" B. Cole, 85, of Vidor, died Sunday, Sept. 11, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont.

A native of Winnie, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He retired after 30 years from Rainbow Bakery as a maintenance engineer, he also worked at Monroe's Dry Cleaners as a maintenance engineer for 10 years. Dub was a outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, Sept. 14, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the funeral home.

Dub is survived by his sons, Dudley and Mark Cole, both of Vidor; two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
