Orange County Sheriff Employee Arrested

In the month of May 2017 a complaint was filed on an Orange County Deputy Sheriff regarding a violation of Texas law that allegedly occurred in April 2017.

Due to the seriousness of the complaint, the deputy, identified as 48 year old Brian Kenneth Foley of Orange, was placed on administrative leave with pay pending an investigation of the allegations made against him.

An administrative investigation was conducted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office as well as a criminal investigation conducted by members of the Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Rangers.

The aforementioned investigation resulted in a warrant being issued for Indecent Exposure, a class B Misdemeanor, by Orange County Justice of the Peace, Pct #1, Judge Hershel Stagner.

Foley was arrested and placed in the Orange County Jail on August 10, 2017.

He was bonded out a short time later that same day.

Brian Foley is no longer employed by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
