The owners, Dr. Oscar Enriquez, MD, has been practicing in Port Arthur for over 20 years and the Orange Clinic will be his 4th branch to open. Dr. Kristopher DeLa Cruz, MD will be the primary doctor for this location with the help of Carolyn Williams, AGNP.
