The $11 million project to rehabilitate the Cow Bayou Swing Bridge on E. Roundbunch Road is now in its final phase. The center span returned from fabrication April 24th. Over the next few weeks, crews will be working on the electrical and mechanical aspects before installing the bridge deck. The bridge is currently anticipated to open to traffic in early summer.
