Orange Mayor Larry Spears, Jr. visits with city police officers Tuesday as he oversees the charter bus evacuation of nearly 100 residents. Spears thanked the entire city staff for its job in advance of Hurricane Laura's expected Wednesday night landfall on the Gulf Coast. "Everyone's doing an amazing job," he said.
