Bridge City Citizens, we need to keep our Community involved! Some of the best ideas and solutions actually come from our citizens. Our City Council needs to hear from you, our citizens, the good news, the bad news, and even the ugly news. Just remember that you fund it and it is owned by you, our hard-working, tax-paying citizens of Bridge City!

My name is Kenneth Prosperie. I am retired from Gulf Oil/Chevron after 29 years of service. My wonderful wife, of 38 years, and I have lived in Bridge City for over 22 years. We have enjoyed raising our three amazing children in our small community of Bridge City at 819 Sunnyside Drive. And, our children have Blessed us with ten grandchildren.

I am running for City Council, Place 2, in Bridge City. If you allow me with your vote, I will work for you, listen to you, and make every effort to fix your concerns. You deserve safe drinking water coming from your faucet! You deserve a safe community! You deserve your tax dollars to be spent efficiently and effectively! You also deserve good drainage on your streets! I will always be willing to work with our Orange County Commissioners concerning drainage issues.

I will also keep a close eye out for any profit agendas that are not in the best interest of our City, those that may even lower our property values and lower the safety of our families and citizens. I will be independent, impartial, and responsible to our citizens and always have the best interest of the citizens of the entire city! If you elect me, I will be a very active council member who will show up and check out all issues that arise.
