LCM Tennis Off To A Good Start

Friday was a successful day for Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School Tennis. Students brought home 3 trophies from the Woodville Sergio Ramos Invitational. Jacob Miller and Logan Gaddis won the Boys B consolation bracket. Lizzy De La Fuente & Dakota Posey got Second in the Mixed A bracket and Evan Barborek and Kaitlyn Ewing won the Mixed B consolation. According to Tennis Coach Brett Nicholson, "Several other LCM teams battled in the semi-final matches throughout the day, falling just short of finals. We learned a lot and are ready to come back stronger!"

This Friday, March 5, the Varsity Tennis team will travel to Beaumont to host/participate in the First Annual LCM Invitational at the Beaumont Complex at 8:30 a.m.
