Lectio Book Award's mission is to encourage avid, recreational reading. Each year 20 books are nominated and chosen for students to read. This year, we celebrated the Lectio Challenge participants with a terrific breakfast and book discussion. We thank Julie Mulkey for her generosity as well as continued encouragement. As an added bonus, our St. Mary Catholic School library received a surprise donation from Market Basket to purchase more books! We are so grateful to Market Basket for supporting our school library. St. Mary Catholic School is extremely blessed to have Mrs. Melissa McCorvy as our library manager, helping our students become lifelong readers.
