Barbara Hoffpauir Tisdale, 92, of Beaumont, former resident of Bridge City, passed away on September 7, 2021, in Beaumont. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 13, 2021, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Pastor J.R. Armstrong of Mauriceville Assembly of God Church. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Visitation will be at 12:00 p.m., Monday, September 13, 2021, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Born in Indian Bayou, Louisiana on August 9, 1929, she was the daughter of Almond Abshire and Nettie (Hoffpauir) Abshire. Barbara enjoyed cooking and excelled in it. She loved gardening and spending time with her family. Barbara will be deeply missed by all those who came to know and love her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Almond and Nettie Abshire; first husband, Kenneth Hoffpauir; husband, Jack Tisdale; son, Keith Hoffpauir; brother, David Abshire; and sister, Trevlyn Russo. She is survived by her children, Scott Hoffpauir and wife Susan of Mauriceville and David Hoffpauir of Gun Barrel City, Texas; grandchildren, Chad Hoffpauir, Lori Gentzler and husband Chad and Brooke Lusby and husband Mark; great-grandchildren, Alayna Gentzler, Ethan Gentzler, Ella Gentzler, Deveron Hoffpauir, Sydni Hoffpauir, and Jacob Lusby. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Chad Hoffpauir, Chad Gentzler, Mark Lusby, Calvin Hall, Ethan Gentzler, Jacob Lusby and Deveron Hoffpauir.
