The Bridge City Chamber of Commerce has announced that Brandi McElroy, Employee of Best Day Spa, has been named February Employee of the Month. The Board has chosen Brandi McElroy as Employee of the Month because Brandi McElroy is an exceptional employee. She goes over and beyond to make our clients happy and meets their expectations. Brandi shows great leadership skills with her hard work and compassion for others. There have been several occasions that our clients have contacted her via cell phone or FB messenger late night or very early in the morning for appointments. She is always happy to help. She lends a helping hand when other employees need assistance or if they call in sick. She works double to cover them. She continues to learn more skills and services to help herself and the spa succeed. Her compassion and compliments go a long way with clients and employees. Brandi volunteers her time after work hours and on weekends. She is irreplaceable because she is different as a person, mom and employee. Her Loyalty, compassion and values speak volume.
