Shirlee Ruth Pearson, 66, of Orange, passed away on March 31, 2022, at her home in Orange.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m.,Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church in West Orange. Officiating will be J.C. Copley. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Born in Lufkin, Texas, on October 30, 1955, she is the daughter of Billy M. Pearson and Patsy R. Pearson. Shirlee graduated from LCM in 1975. She loved classic rock and roll music, collecting records, playing poker, loved baking her famous cheesecakes, watching her favorite movies which were Dazed and Confused and Big Trouble in Little China, but above all, the love and commitment for children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Pearson; grandmother, Irma Lee Williams; best friend, Mary Lee Sanchez; son-in-law, Robert G. Folsom; and Leona "granny" Butler.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Patsy Phillips of Beaumont; daughters, Tiffany Jade and her husband Anthony of Little Cypress, Tx, Amanda Lyne Rogers of Beaumont, Tx, and son, Richard Broussard of Buna, Tx; 3 grandchildren, Michael Lee Craven, Jaymee Marie (Snooty Pants) and spouse Tray, Robert Jaydison Folsom; sisters, Sherry Hopkins and husband David of Spring, Tx, Sheila Pearson of Beaumont, Tx; brothers,

William "Bubba" Pearson and wife Darlene of Mauriceville, TX, Sterman Pearson of Forked Island, La; along with the love of her life, Gerald W. Rogers, Sr.
