Robert “Rob” Earl Simpson, 48, of Bridge City, passed away on April 27, 2022, at his home.

Born in Orange, Texas, on October 24, 1973, he was the son of Thomas Wellman Simpson and Beverly Marie Wilson.

Rob was a huge Nascar and Dallas Cowboys fan. He was always joking around with whoever he was with and was always willing to drive the BUS. Rob had an incredible woodworking talent and could build anything he thought of. He was a great guy with a big and loving heart. Rob was loved by so many and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents Thomas Simpson and Beverly Wilson.

He is survived by his step-father, J.R. Wilson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of lifelong friends.

The family and friends of Rob would like to extend a special thank you to Riceland Hospice and their staff for the excellent care they gave.

Cremation will be held under the direction of Simple Tributes by Claybar.
