A special thank you to the Orangefield High School Partners: Aveanna Health Care, Dow Industries, First State Bank of Texas-Orange, Lamar State College-Orange, Turner Industries, and Valero for participating in the first annual Student Mock Interview Event, hosted by Lamar State College-Orange. Thanks to the support and dedication of these partners, this event was more successful than imagined! There were over 100 students interviewed, and the feedback from the students was tremendous. The students left this event with tangible tasks they can work on to improve their interviewing skills, but at the same time, were encouraged and energized. That is the exact goal of an interviewing event, and the students were given this opportunity because of the partners and the skills they brought to this event. The vision is to build an annual experience that benefits the students and the participating partners. Orangefield High School humbly thanks each of you and hopes that you had an enjoyable experience as well.
