Michie J. Dickerson, 76, of Orange, Texas, passed away on December 10, 2022, at her residence in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas, on January 21, 1946, she was the daughter of John and Wilda Guinn.

Michie was a proud homemaker who enjoyed drawing, painting, and crocheting in her spare time. She was also known to be an excellent cook who had a deep love for animals and took care of many throughout her years. Michie loved her husband, Bob, and had lived all over the United States with him while he served in the military.

Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Wilda Guinn.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Dickerson; her children, Clifford Dickerson and wife, Threasa of Beaumont, Texas and John Dickerson and wife, Kristina of Georgetown, Texas; her grandchildren, Alexis Dickerson, Graycin Dickerson, Matthew Dickerson, and Christina Carden; many great-grandchildren; and her brother, Patrick Guinn and wife, Chelle.

A private memorial is planned in Michie’s memory, cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
