The OJH Lady Bobcats hosted East Chambers for their last home game of the season.

The 7th grade B-team bounced back this week with an 8-1 win against the East Chambers Buccaneers. Parker Hebert took the ball to the rim with four points, and had one rebound. Raleigh Forse had two points and two steals. To secure the game, Adyson Cude had two points that came from free throws and two great defensive steals. 

The 7th grade A-team defeated the East Chambers Buccaneers, 45-13. The Bobcats played a strong defensive game with a combined total of 25 steals. Laila Agerton, Arianna Collazo, Karlie Traxler, and Aspen Babin were powerhouses in the paint with a total of 12 points, nine steals, and five rebounds. Collazo also contributed a block. Ava Josephson led the Lady Bobcats with 21 points and five steals. Teal Kibodeaux rounded out the win with eight points, four steals, and a block. The Lady Bobcats remain undefeated in district!

The 8th grade A-team closed out the night with another win, 30-18. Mikayla Locke led with 17 points, six steals and five rebounds. Madison McCormack contributed seven points, seven steals, four rebounds, and a block! Olivia Smith also had seven steals. This team extends their record 6-0 in district and 12-1 overall.

The Lady Cats would also like to extend a special "Thank you" to the Lady Bucs. They brought goodie bags for each player to show their support for the Bobcat community in the wake of the storm. Their generosity is greatly appreciated!

The last game of the season for the Lady Cats will be against the Hardin Hornets on Monday.
