Gary Stelly gets Key to the City

Orange Mayor Larry Spears Jr. presented Gary Stelly with the "key to the city" on Friday, February 10, on stage at the Riverside Pavilion before a concert. Stelly was honored for his years of community service, including owning KOGT radio station for 30 years. Stelly still owns and operates kogt.com website.
