WOS student becomes first licensed drone pilot

West Orange-Stark High senior Jose Rosas has become the school's first to graduate to become a licensed drone pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Invista-Orange chemical plant donated to help buy the drone equipment for the new program at WOS.
