Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas will host its Port Arthur Spring Job Fair on Thursday, May 11, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Bob Bowers Civic Center at 3401 Cultural Center Drive in Port Arthur.

The event is in partnership with the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce, Lamar State College Port Arthur, Valero Port Arthur Refinery and Whataburger. More than 80 employers are expected to be on hand.

“We’re excited to partner with these important businesses and organizations in our shared mission to get people back to work,” stated Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas Executive Director Mary Hammon. “We urge job seekers to use this opportunity to connect with employers face to face and also learn about valuable resources that are available to them to help in their job search.”
