Pamela Kay Fregia, 71, Bridge City

Pamela Kay Fregia, 71, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on June 14, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Born in Liberty, Texas, on August 14, 1951, she was the daughter of Jesse A. LaFour and Bernice B. LaFour. Pamela was the first Baby born to the then newly opened Liberty Hospital. From birth to death, she was a very strong-willed lady. Once her mind was made up about something there was no changing it. She was a great woman of God and a mighty prayer warrior. It didn't matter where you were at if you needed prayer, she was unashamed of Jesus and would pray with you. She also had a great Love for her Family which included all of her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Jesse A. LaFour; mother Bernice B. LaFour; husband Jimmy R. Fregia; sister-in-law Teresa LaFour. She is survived by her daughter, Tacie Hoyt and husband Terry; son, Stuart Varnon and wife Melissa; brother Sidney LaFour; brother Johnny LaFour; sister-in-law Hope LaFour; grandchildren: Hanna Varnon, Arabella Varnon, Tyler Varnon, Dylan Varnon, Bryce Hoyt, Robert Hoyt, Dakota Hoyt; and 3 great grandchildren. Cremation will be held under the direction of Simple Tributes in Orange.
