Belinda Sue Sharp, 62, Bridge City

Belinda Sue Sharp, 62, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on July 24, 2023, in Beaumont, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, Texas. Officiating will be Damon Bickham. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 28, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas, on March 22, 1961, she was the daughter of Lionel Clippa and Helen (Paul) Clippa. Belinda loved the Lord, she was a member of Hartburg Baptist Church and also enjoyed attending services at Calvary Baptist Church in Deweyville, Texas.

During her free time, Belinda liked riding motorcycles, playing piano, and singing hymns. She also loved celebrating birthdays and Christmas. Most of all, Belinda loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her loved ones will always cherish their memories of her and will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lionel and Helen Clippa; daughter, Elizabeth Nicole Sonnier; son-in-law, Doug Montoya; and sister, Linda Williams.

She is survived by her husband, Marshall Sharp; sons, Brandon Lee Hogan and wife, Lauren, and Cody Mitchell Hogan and fiancée, Solonge Askew; grandchildren, Judson, Davis, and Henley Hogan, and Adrianna Elise Montoya; sisters, Debra Spillers and Brenda Maxfield; brother, Matthew Clippa; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving friends and family.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Hogan, Cody Hogan, Marshall Sharp, Mark Spillers, Brady Williams, and Brian Williams.

Alternate pallbearers are John Robinson and Rafael Valadez.
