BCHS shows off new Cosmetology lab in CTE building

Bridge City High School had a public opening Monday afternoon to show off the cosmetology labs in the school's new CTE building. The $14.7 million Career and Technology Education building is a project of the district's 2022 bond issue. Jessica Jones is the director of the cosmetology department, which currently has 52 students preparing to earn state licenses. Dr. Mike Kelly is superintendent of the Bridge City ISD and Rebecca Rutledge is president of the board of trustees.
