The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on August 8, 2023, at Blue Elbow RV Park. Blue Elbow RV Park is located at 5573 Turner Road Orange TX 77630 just off Hwy 1442, with easy access to I-10, puts them within a nice family neighborhood, but just minutes from their guests’ work locations, shopping, and restaurants. It is owned and operated by Gary and Theresia Keaton.
