Brenda Joy Sadler, 72, Orange

Brenda Joy Sadler, age 72, of Orange, Texas, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023, surrounded by her loving family, in Beaumont, Texas. Funeral service to honor Brenda will be held at 10:00 AM, on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at SilverOaks Baptist Church; Bro. Ed Rawls officiating. Interment will immediately follow, at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park, in Orange, Texas. Visitation of family and friends will be held from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home. On Thursday, January 25, 1951, Brenda was born to Marjorie (Claiborne) and Charles Spell, in Orange, Texas. She attended Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School, graduating in 1969. In August 1969, she married Seth Sadler. She lived a full life as a wonderful wife and dedicated mother. She loved the Lord and God’s word. She was a member of SilverOaks Baptist Church. In her free time, Brenda enjoyed indulging in her hobbies, which included crocheting, singing, and square dancing. Her creativity knew no bounds, and she took great pleasure in sharing her talents with others. Brenda will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Spell and Marjorie Doucet; daughter, Stacie Lane; and granddaughter, Courtney Goodman. Those left to cherish Brenda’s memory are her beloved husband of 54 years, Seth Sadler; children, Missy Pillsbury, Sheryl Sadler; grandchildren, Chelsea Frederick, Miranda (Jared) Buffington, Skylar (Chris Fullerton) Pillsbury, Danielle (Philip) Spence, Dylan Frazier, DeLaine (Christian) Courville, Darren Frazier, Blake Lane, Holden Lane, Brock Lane; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles Spell, Ronnie (Dot) Spell; along with numerous other loving family and dear friends. Honoring Brenda as pallbearers are Dylan Frazier, Darren Frazier, Blake Lane, Holden Lane, Brock Lane, and Christian Courville; honorary pallbearers, Jared Buffington, Chris Fullerton, and Philip Spence.
