The renowned Bridge City Strutters dance team won the grand champions award this past week at the Crowd Pleasers competition in Big Springs. In addition, the team and officers won a number of other awards, including team hip hop, jazz, lyrical, pom, and prop competitions. The achievements mean the dance team will be going to Nashville, Tennessee, in March for the national Crowd Pleasers contests.
