Crazy hats will be the fashion for the next designer purse bingo party sponsored by the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce and tickets went on sale this week.

The fundraiser offers food, drinks and fun, plus a chance to win an expensive designer purse during bingo games. The upcoming one will be Thursday, April 18, at 5:30 p.m. with the theme Mad Hatter, Alice in Wonderland.

Each ticket includes dinner, two drink tickets, one bingo card for each round, plus one raffle chance. Tickets are $65 each, or $550 for a "girlfriends table" seating eight, or $650 for a sponsorship table seating eight.

Tickets and sponsorships are available through the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce at 150 West Roundbunch Road in the historic teacherage building. The number is 409-735-5671.
