Friday and Saturday the Christian Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) presented "Shrek the Musical" at Grace Point at Eagle Heights Church in Orange.

Last month they offered their theatrical production of "Dorothy in Wonderland," a mashup of "The Wizard of Oz" and "Alice in Wonderland."

CAFA offers fine arts education in a variety of subjects to homeschooled youngsters. Students made the costumes and props in theater production classes. Culinary arts students provided refreshments after the show.

Actors pictured include: Bishop - Mia Plake: Fiona - Darian Sandlin; Shrek - Gracen Shawn; Donkey - Chloe Abshire; Lord Farquad - Hayden George; Dragon - Emery Carlock; Dragon Head - Camryn Gibson; and Gingy - Parker George. 

The adult production team includes: Amy Harrison -Director; Alayna George - Asst Director and Choreographer; and Macy Inman - Music Director.
