Michal Davis, 38, is escorted by an Orange County deputy to the Orange County Jail. Davis was out of jail on a personal recognize bond, but failed to live up to the terms of it. He is charged with intoxication manslaughter, failure to stop and render aid and possession of a controlled substance.
