Search warrant leads to arrest

On Tuesday, February 18, 2014, around 9:00 p.m., Detectives with the Orange
County Sheriff’s Office Special Services Division, along with the Orange County Area
SWAT Team, executed a search warrant at the residence located at 3249 Stephenson
Road, in Orangefield, Orange County, Texas.
During the search of the residence, a white male identified as 24 year old Justin
Lee Noland of Orangefield, and a white female identified as 26 year old Amber
Nichole Mcghen of Orange, were found to be in possession of approximately 15 grams
of methamphetamine.
Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Orange County Sheriff’s
Correctional Facility where they were booked for Possession of a Controlled Substance,
a second degree felony. Noland was arraigned by Judge David Peck and his bond
was set at $25,000. McGhen was also arraigned by Judge Peck, but she also had
two warrants out of Orange County Court of Law #2 for FTA and AFRS for a previous
Possession of Dangerous Drugs case. Her bond was set at $40,500. Both Noland and
McGhen remain in custody at the Orange County Jail.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Detectives from the City of West Orange and
Orange Police Departments.
